I just want to say what a great job Chris and his crew did recently for me at my home. They were professional, courteous, and took a very difficult project and fixed it in a very timely manner.

I was most impressed with the way (they) handled themselves when explaining the problems tat existed, and the most efficient way to fix them. I had already had several plumbers come out prior and was pretty much baffled as to what the problem was because everyone gave me a different story but could not justify why. Chris explained in detail what the problem was and all the different ways to approach it.

I will definitely use you guys again if I have any problems (which I shouldn't because we ran a new line to the street, with a 50-year warranty). But I will definitely recommend your company to any one that I come across that has problems. As a matter of fact I have already handed some cards to my neighbors who came over when they saw all the trucks because I am sure their lines are as in as bad a shape as mine.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate the job that you and your company did.

Gentlemen, This is just a brief note to say Thank you and congratulations on a job well done! Our sewer line stopped up on Sunday, August 26. I rented a 100 ft snake but didn't get any roots out

Wednesday I went to the Brea City Hall and talked to the City Engineer about the possibility of digging up the street, in case the clay tile was broken. He gave me a Permit form and a copy of the sewer layout of our street

On Thursday morning Efrain Robles, of S.O.S. arrived and began to try to open the line utilizing a much stronger camera than had been used before. He also reached an impasse and called his supervisor Chris. Chris arrived and approved a cutting procedure and worked along with Efrain. After much effort they were able to break through and run clean water to show many roots under the street. Additional S.O.S. personnel arrived and worked till after dark digging a new hole, on our property, near the street and were successful in Hydra-Jetting the roots out leaving the line clean. The new hole served as the starting location to install a new epoxy sewer-Liner in each direction. The-Liner crew were most helpful in explaining the whole procedure. When everything was completed we had a sewer line that was better than brand new and should last more than 50 years.

We wanted to express our sincere thanks to the S.O.S. staff for a clean, courteous professional job. Your men are to be commended. We are very happy with the end result and the fact that a major worry of ours has been eliminated.
